Seven Local Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agents Rank
Among Top 200 in U.S. for Sales, New Report Shows

 

SAN RAMON, Calif. – November 11, 2008 Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading real estate services company, announced today that seven of its agents ranked among the top real estate professionals nationwide last year, according to the third annual “Real Estate Top 200,” a national sales ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal, lore magazine, and REAL Trends. 

The prestigious annual report ranks top practitioners in the U.S. by sales volume and number of properties sold, both for individual agents and teams of agents. The winners were announced last week at the National Association of Realtors Convention and were honored at a dinner gala at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, Fla., where the annual NAR Expo and Convention was held.

Four Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage sales associates ranked among the top 50 nationwide for dollar volume last year, while another three agents ranked in the top 50 real estate teams. The seven agents surpassed 1.2 million real estate agents nationwide, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Tom LeMieux, a Menlo Park agent, was ranked 15th nationally for individual sales with $147 million last year. Tim Allen, a Carmel agent, finished 18th with sales of $145 million.  Nina Hatvany, a San Francisco agent, was 24th with sales of $133 million. Hanna Shacham, a Menlo Park agent, was 40th with $97 million.

Malin Giddings, a San Francisco agent, ranked 30th for real estate teams with $138 million in sales. Royce Cablayan, a Los Altos.
